ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with John McGee State Farm, you will be on the front lines of communication with our customers. In a part time role we are looking for approximately 20 hours per week. For the ideal candidate we will be as flexible as our business allows with scheduling. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist customers with processing payments and answering billing questions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty Licensed Required.
- Ability to identify gaps in coverage and provide additional products that are appropriate for the customers' needs.
Compensation $18.00 per hour
