ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with John McGee State Farm, you will be the front lines of communication with our customers. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identifying gaps in coverages and recommending appropriate products.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property and Casualty License preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
