ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are a well-established, small insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our close-knit team values professionalism, collaboration, and a customer-first approach. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license and either possess a Life and Health (L&H) license or be willing to obtain one. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, problem-solving complex insurance issues, and limited sales responsibilities, including identifying gaps in clients’ insurance coverage and recommending appropriate policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
  • Analyze and resolve insurance-related inquiries that may involve multiple moving parts.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid Property and Casualty insurance license required.
  • Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain promptly.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent work schedule.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Medina, Ohio.
